Refund policy

At Brands Icon, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

  • Exchanges are allowed for size changes, color changes, or manufacturing defects.

  • We do not offer cash refunds; exchanges or store credit will be provided.
